WNY Rental Partners is a locally founded residential property-management company built for landlords and real estate investors throughout Western New York, with a primary focus on Genesee, Livingston, Orleans and Wyoming Counties.
The company was founded in 2026 by Ryan Pyatt, a Western New York real estate professional, rental-property owner and business owner. Ryan created WNY Rental Partners around a straightforward belief:
